Abstract: This report is Part III of the Welsh Government’s Realistic Evaluation of integrated health and social care for older people, undertaken by Swansea University’s Centre for Innovative Ageing during a 2-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership. Building on the 2013 interim report (Carnes-Chichlowska et al., 2013), it sets out the Integrated Care Evaluation Framework (ICE-F) developed to assist service providers in designing and undertaking evaluations of integrated services.
