This paper is in collaboration with Cancer Research UK. It represents the start of a programme in which we provide statistical analysis of data in their flow cytometry core facility. The paper demonstrates the first robust identification of the telophase of the cell's life cycle; a very short period where certain anticancer agents are effective. This paper was awarded the ‘Paper of the Year: Cytometry A’ prize by the International Society for the Advancement of Cytometry, presented at CYTO 2012 in Leipzig. |
