[IF 1.706] very recently published work at the boundary of turbomachinery fluid dynamics and hydrology. Considers wakes downstream of a turbine in the presence of a free surface slope and consequent convective acceleration. Impact derives from the additional information this provides for the spacing of tidal stream arrays like the world first £70m Siemens MCT Anglesey Skerries project, for which Masters is the chair of the Skerries Science Group.
