Item Description: |
Graphene is an interesting potential material for a wide range of electronic applications; however, due to its hydrophobic nature it has been difficult to create dispersions (solutions) without chemical functionalization, which destroys some of its properties. Various graphite materials form stable homogeneous dispersions in ortho-dichlorobenzene, which avert the need for harsh oxidation chemistry and allow for chemical functionalization of graphene materials by a range of methods. Additionally, films produced from ODCB-graphene have high conductivity. |
