Abstract: The excellent hydrophobic surface cleaning and unbelievable film strength carbon based composite material .The global problem fail to controlled corrosion reaction on metal alloys in alkali and acidic medium.Current era miracle material graphene based compound have excellent water repelled properties .Inaddtion that graphene have one atom thickness sheet material it would be give more coverage area on the metal alloys surface. We present research work synthesis nitrogen doped graphene compound for titanium metal alloys coating corrosion resistance in 1M H2SO4. A modified hummer method synthesised N- functionalized graphene and conventional coating method on metal alloys substrate. The electrochemical method potentiodynamic polarization and open circuit potential (Ocp), electrochemical noise, reveal that nitrogen doping graphene have excellent corrosion resistant properties. The spectroscopy methods UV adsorption mechanism and FTIR functional group present in the film, Raman shift says that 2D, band, and graphite SP2 carbon speak .finally the nitrogen doped graphene material immense corrosion resistance inorganic acid medium studied.
