This solution is obtained using a non-Abelian T-duality transformation on the Type IIA reduction of the AdS4×S7 background. We interpret our configuration as a patch of a more general background with localised sources, dual to the renormalisation fixed point of a Tρ̂ ρ(SU(N)) quiver field theory. This relates explicitly the AdS4 geometry to a D3-D5-NS5 brane intersection, illuminating what seems to be a more general phenomenon, relating AdSp+1 backgrounds generated by non-Abelian T-duality to Dp-D(p+2)-NS5 branes intersections.Journal ArticleJournal of High Energy Physics2016111029-8479301120162016-11-3010.1007/JHEP11(2016)133COLLEGE NANMEPhysicsCOLLEGE CODESPHSwansea University2020-07-15T16:06:47.81042822017-01-19T09:20:49.7267859Faculty of Science and EngineeringSchool of Biosciences, Geography and Physics - PhysicsYolandaLozano1Niall T.Macpherson2JesúsMontero3CarlosNunez0000-0002-1958-955140031645-17022017130721.pdfCNunez2.pdf2017-02-17T13:07:21.4670000Output804017application/pdfVersion of Recordtrue2016-11-22T00:00:00.0000000This article is distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licensetrueenghttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2020-07-15T16:06:47.8104282 v2 31645 2017-01-19 Three-dimensional N=4 $$\mathcal{N}=4$$ linear quivers and non-Abelian T-duals c0d6540c37ad4b0a5934d3978048fb2a 0000-0002-1958-9551 Carlos Nunez Carlos Nunez true false 2017-01-19 SPH In this paper we construct a new Type IIB background with an AdS4 factor that preserves =4 Supersymmetry.
