This article describes a multidisciplinary approach to modelling potential risks and opportunities when moving towards teletriage and telemedicine. The approach informed the development of CAV24/7, a telephone/contact-first system in Cardiff, and assessment of the potential for similar services in Newport and surrounding areas. |
