It presented a multimedia-RAS for mobile networks that exploits QoS nature of different multimedia components to optimally pool network resources, enabling the network to provide higher QoS, evaluated by a Markov model of the RAS and comparing it with other well known schemes. Published in an Inderscience journal (IF= 0.52), it is an invited contribution based on two conference papers, the work will be applicable to the emerging communications technologies and will continue to attract citations.
