Abstract: During 2021, QAA commissioned a project to explore how outcomes-based approaches were used by the UK higher education sector to assure the quality and standards of education and awards during the first COVID-19 pandemic year, with the aim of informing future policy and practice. An open-ended sector survey was used as part of the project and 13 case studies developed from the survey respondents. All case studies and resources from the project are published on the QAA Membership resources site.
