The findings emphasize the importance of addressing structural barriers, including digital exclusion, housing instability, and financial insecurity. By addressing these complex needs in unison, this study provides critical insights for improving the design, implementation, and effectiveness of re-entry support to facilitate desistance and reduce recidivism.
