Item Description: This paper resulted from the research initiated during my PhD in UPC Barcelona-Tech. This work has been presented in eight conferences. The idea presented in the paper is the cornerstone of the six articles published during my PhD. This work contributed to the award of the grant 2009SGR875 from the Catalan Management Agency of University and Research Grants (Contact: Prof. Antonio Huerta).
