Item Description: This longitudinal study supported previous findings of a link between shiftwork and metabolic syndrome, and identified for the first time how risk increases as function of duration of exposure to shiftwork. (Percentage contribution: 65%, including design and conduct of preliminary data analysis, and writing up of the work).
