Item Description: Row cloned the GFP-UBPY constructs, taught Hayes how to do the co-immunoprecipitation experiment, designed and performed the experiment that showed that UBPY lacking the MIT domain was functionally inactive, performed the experiment to localise UBPY delta MIT, and contributed to writing the manuscript.
