DB was the principal investigator for a study carried out in collaboration with colleagues from the University of Nancy, France and Danone Vitapole, Paris. DB was responsible for the hypothesis and the design and analysis of the human study that was entirely carried out in Swansea. SB collected the human data. The phenomenon was also demonstrated in rats by the French collaborators. |
