Item Description: |
Published in a leading international materials journal (IF: 3.6, citations 5), this paper is based on a revolutionary approach to the field of creep lifing and establishes the validity of the recently formulated Wilshire equations. Many traditional approaches to creep lifing are debunked using existing literature and new approaches. The paper offers the significant potential of creep life extrapolation based on short term data. Impact of this paper can be measured through a number of follow up papers in high impact journals along with invited talks for both authors on the subject at major international creep conferences. |
