Abstract

First work describing the mechanism linking uterine disease to disruption of ovarian luteal function. Surprisingly the switch in prostaglandin secretion was at the phospholipase stage of synthesis.

Item Description: Sheldon designed and led the research; was awarded BBSRC grant funding the research; did some of experiments; did analysis and wrote the paper with Dr Herath (the BBSRC funded postdoc). Substantial contribution to conception & design of study; organisation and conduct of study, and carrying out the study (including acquisition of data); analysis & interpretation of the study data; and drafting the output.
