Item Description: |

This study introduces a comparison between fictitious domain methods and the more conventional arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian methods for modelling fluid-structure interaction. Based on the work, an invitation was received to submit a contribution for a special issue on fluid-structure interaction in Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering. The paper is currently in a state of revision. Based on this, and previous publications, the present position as an RCUK Fellow in Computational Bioengineering at Swansea University was offered.
|
