Item Description: |
From a project that grew out of an EPSRC Portfolio grant (£3M) to understand the factors that control the formation of breathe figures, a mechanism to self-assemble porous polymer structures. This paper successfully demonstrated the crucial interplay between the sample growth conditions that were supported by a new theoretical framework to predict sample structures. This work has now led to a substantial collaboration with Georgia Tech University. The author made a substantial contribution to the conception and design of the study, the organisation of the study and to the development of the theoretical model. |
